“The ego is not master in its own house” - Freud. Our conscious mind isn’t the only place that guides us. How does our unconscious and subconscious guide us? We may never be the master of our home…but, maybe we can like our home? Maybe we can form a foundation that feels safe. Maybe we can decorate our space in a way that fits us more gently. What does your home look like now? What made it so? How would you like it to be? My wish is to help you with your formation of self. Your psychic structure. I currently integrate my training of psychoanalytic/psychodynamic methods, attachment, trauma informed care, and internal family systems work in my therapeutic offerings. I am a relationship based therapist who values our connection in facilitating you with your treatment goals.

Courtney received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University. Courtney is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW # 32032) in the state of Minnesota.
